1.2 Digital Products & Training Materials – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our downloadable guides, training courses, and digital content are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Due to the immediate digital delivery, we focus on ensuring the content meets the described standards and is technically accessible. If you experience any technical issues or the content doesn't meet our quality standards, contact us for a full refund.

1.3 Strong Survival Inner Circle Membership – 14-Day Free Trial

Your membership begins with a full 14-day trial at no charge. During this trial period, you have complete access to all member content and resources without any credit card charges. You can cancel anytime during these 14 days with no cost.

1.4 Product Bundles & Special Offers

When you purchase bundle deals or special offers, the longest guarantee period applies to the entire purchase. For example, if you buy a bundle containing both physical products (60-day guarantee) and digital content (30-day guarantee), the full 60-day guarantee covers everything in your bundle.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@strongsurvival.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
  2. We review your request within 2 business days. Most refunds are approved immediately.
  3. We process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2-5 days to show the refund.

You'll receive email confirmation with your refund amount, processing date, expected timeline, and a reference number for tracking.

Trial Period Details

Your trial begins when you complete registration and lasts exactly 14 days. We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends. Your trial automatically converts to a paid membership unless cancelled.

Ongoing Membership

Your first charge occurs on day 15 at our current membership rate, then continues monthly on the same date. If a payment fails, your account will be suspended until you update your payment information. You can cancel anytime with immediate effect, though you'll continue to have access until your current billing period ends.

How to Cancel

Cancel through your account settings, email us at support@strongsurvival.com, or use our cancellation page at strongsurvival.com/cancel. No long-term contracts, no penalties, no hassle.

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you're dealing with medical emergencies, military deployment, financial hardship, or family tragedy, please contact our support team. We handle these situations with compassion and may offer special accommodations beyond our standard policy.

For technical issues that prevent you from accessing your content, we provide immediate support and service credits for any significant downtime. If we can't resolve technical problems, we'll provide a full refund.

If you notice billing errors like double charges or incorrect amounts, contact us immediately for a prompt correction.

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. We resolve most issues within 24-48 hours, which is much faster than the 30-90 day chargeback process.

Our customer support responds within 24 hours, and we work to find fair solutions for everyone. Unresolved issues are escalated to management, and we document all communications for your protection.

Important chargeback policy: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended and access to all content will be revoked. We contest illegitimate chargebacks with full documentation. Direct communication leads to faster, better outcomes for everyone.

International customers receive refunds in their original payment currency, though amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. International refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to process. This policy complies with UK and EU consumer protection laws.
